Israel stocks higher at close of trade; TA 35 up 0.03%

- AdminIsrael stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the Insurance, Biomed and Financials sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 gained 0.03% to hit a new all time high.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Ormat Technologies (TASE:ORA), which rose 6.67% or 1,730.00 points to trade at 27,670.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Clal Insurance Enterprises Holdings Ltd (TASE:CLIS) added 3.24% or 380.00 points to end at 12,100.00 and Phoenix Holdings Ltd (TASE:PHOE) was up 2.49% or 199.00 points to 8,195.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Tower Semiconductor Ltd (TASE:TSEM), which fell 3.36% or 490.00 points to trade at 14,110.00 at the close. Nova (TASE:NVMI) declined 2.49% or 1,940.00 points to end at 75,890.00 and Melisron (TASE:MLSR) was down 1.43% or 470.00 points to 32,320.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 224 to 222 and 93 ended unchanged.
Shares in Clal Insurance Enterprises Holdings Ltd (TASE:CLIS) rose to 5-year highs; rising 3.24% or 380.00 to 12,100.00.
Crude oil for July delivery was up 1.91% or 1.21 to $64.58 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August rose 1.73% or 1.13 to hit $66.47 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.84% or 28.50 to trade at $3,346.60 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.35% to 3.50, while EUR/ILS unchanged 0.09% to 3.99.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.45% at 99.14.
